Best food I have eaten in ages! Everything is served beautifully and every little detail has been thought about. The tempura was crispy but not greasy at all, and you can taste the quality ingredients. The staff are lovely and attentive. They are always close by if you need them but you don't feel overlooked. A little Japanese sanctuary. Cannot wait to go back.

I went there on a family recommendation. They have a few parking spaces out the back of the restaurant. We received a friendly welcome and promptly shown to our seats. After perusing the rather large selection of dishes to order, we made our decisions. A few bits to share as a starter and our mains. All came out nicely presented using Bella - the service robot - to carry everything at the same time. An enjoyable meal. I'm happy to recommend to others and I would go back

The quality of the food is amazing, location is good and the staff are very friendly. If they did a weekday lunch deal for students/people working in the town centre, I would be having lunch there every day. There are a lot of options and the setting is beautiful. My honest opinion, though, is that the menu is difficult to navigate and the atmosphere is subdued. That doesn't stop me from coming back, however. I'd recommend the gyoza, udon noodles cha siu (or ramen if you like soup), California and Rock & Roll uramaki rolls, the nami sashimi platter, the chicken kare raisu (curry rice) and the mochi to finish.

Definitely recommend if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food! The prices reflect the quality of the food, but 100% worth it. The service is fabulous too, our server was a young lady who was very kind and helpful to us:) Great portions, great taste, great vibe! Clean and well presented restaurant, would definitely come back in the future!

I’ve been to Kazoku on numerous occasions with friends, family’s and with co-workers for work-do’s. Kazoku is a great place to get Japanese food in the local Bedford area. They have parking available at the back of the restaurant, when you get into the restaurant you just need to enter your license plate details into the iPad at the front. There is plenty of seating, service is great, you will be seated without having to wait. There are plenty of options on the menu, but normally I often opt for the Bento box sets as there are a lot of options with that meal. Your order is served by a robotic cat, which is so cute and adds a lovely touch to your dining experience. The restaurant itself has a great ambience and every corner is decorated with remnants and homage to Japan. Reasonable prices, great tasting food, good atmosphere, and great service. It is a joy to come here.

This restaurant offers authentic Japanese cuisine and we love it! My husband and I have visited there many times and we enjoyed their food and service every time. I usually order bento menu. We’re happy Bedford has this restaurant!

Consistently good, I've eaten in and via Uber eats. Uber eats is packed well, arrives warm, with all sauces and condiments included. Drink was split into two cups which was unexpected but appreciated. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious. Service is good, and the restaurant is cutely decorated. They have a robot kitty waiter and play anime soundtracks.
